Don’t miss an important task when serving your guests.

The Tasks module is here to help you organize your day.

It works closely with the Reservations module.

Tasks have a start and end deadline. To avoid missing a task, they are arranged from top to bottom based on their end deadline.

Logic

Upon creating or editing a reservation, tasks are generated alongside it, depending on whether you’ve selected Services.

For instance, if it’s indicated that the dog will undergo parasite treatment, a new task is generated, adopting the start and end dates of the reservation.
Additionally, depending on whether the reservation starts today or in the future, tasks also acquire their status.
The statuses are: upcoming, active, and completed
When the reservation is ongoing, the task status automatically changes from upcoming to active
This way, the task is displayed in the table, and you are aware of it.
The completion of the task is recorded through the ‘Finish’ button.
All tasks are visible within the reservation itself, along with their respective statuses.
