The tabular view gives quick information on – upcoming, current and past reservations.
Quick searches by reservation number and customer phone.
Basic information about the dog, client, period of stay and financial parameters.
Acceptance of reservation.
For your convenience, we have created two ways to create a reservation:
Standard Reservation – when the client and dog have already visited your hotel.
Quick Reservation – when you are on the go and can record limited guest information.
Once the quick reservation is created , it generates – a new client, a new dog and a new reservation . As the information is minimal each attribute can be edited and added.
The software allows for the input of services – which are then noted in detail when invoicing.
There is a possibility of accepting – deposit, additional cost amount and applying discount.
