The tabular form gives quick information on:
For the provider of a service or product.
Brief description and invoice number.
Number of the reservation for which the expense is attached.
Quick search by vendor name.

There are two types of cost/purchase in the software.
- Cost of a specific reservation.
- Cost on general hotel operations.
When you need to make an expense to a reservation then this expense is attached to the reservation . When is this useful?
- When the dog must receive medical care during the stay.
- When the dog needs medication or a specific product.
- When the dog has caused material damage.
